Airasia RedTix Projects
AirAsia RedTix is one of the companies that I have work a few years since when I was in Bakehouse Venture Builder. They are one of the main clients in Bakehouse and as a designer in Bakehouse, I have been managing all of their UI/UX design as well as marketing collateral.
On 2019 I have joined on board to their company and be the Design Manager in their company. I have recruited and build a team of designers and business analyst to help me with the digital product of RedTix.
Process
Our design and development process at AirAsia RedTix is based on the Agile management and Lean UX process. We aim to incorporate the key phases of Discovery, Definition, Ideation and Implementation in all of our projects.
