SEEK Asia (JobStreet & JobsDB)
SEEK Asia is combination of two job portal brands, jobsDB and JobStreet, under one roof. I was product designer about 1 years and half and still currently working here. I have been working on their employer site (B2B) to help employers discovering eligible candidates for their roles.
In SEEK Asia, I collaborated with Product Managers, other Designers, Data Analyst, Researcher and Engineers to discover product opportunities and risks, understand users behaviour's from the data, brainstorming possible ideas, mock-up and prototyping, performed usability testing to prove the hypothesis, and present the best solution to the team and stakeholders.
Project involvement
One of big project that I was involved closely was called SiVA 11 migration to SiVA RC.
SiVA stand for Staffing Intelligent Virtual Agent which is an end-to-end Recruitment Management System with advanced and powerful features for improving the effiency of your recruitment process.
SiVA 11 was our legacy system used by our power users. These users are from Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Singapore. Our target before June 2022 is to migrated all users from SiVA 11 to SiVA RC, our new system platform and we successfully did.
I was trusted to be the product designer for this project and my responsibility are helping and involve with reseach team to do the discovery on the feature risk on customer churn, colloborate with product team to come up with the feature launch, discovery and explore ideation on the feature MVP for SiVA RC, tested the MVP to power user SiVA 11 and existing user SiVA RC, presenting the solution to all teams and stakeholders and helping engineers during handover as well as supporting the team after launch.
Below are two main sub-project that I did from end-to-end for SiVA 11 migration to SiVA RC project:
